Join us at the Violet Hour for our hands-on, interactive Cocktail Classes - 101 Series where we dive into the fundamentals of each spirit. In each class, learn the building blocks of making cocktails, the history of the spirits as well as the background of 3 signature classic cocktails. You will be guided step-by-step on how to craft 2 cocktails to enjoy during the class with the 3rd cocktail to bottle and take home with you.

We'll highlight the history and origins of a few featured cocktails as we break down each component and share our best-kept secrets on how to make the perfect drink. We'll supply a complete cocktail kit for all participants, along with a dedicated Zoom link for your private group.

The Violet Hour can accommodate smaller groups in our private back salon or up to 150 guests when reserving the full venue.
