We're joining our sister restaurant, Publican Anker, in an evening of celebrating some of the Midwest's finest offerings! 

The evening begins at The Violet Hour with a welcome cocktail featuring Chicago's very own Letherbee gin. Next, attendees will step across the street to enjoy a seated four course dinner featuring seasonal produce and Midwestern wine pairings.
